I’m not the most patient person to begin with, but this shipping really tested me. It took way longer than I expected, and by the time it finally showed up, I was already annoyed. Not happy with the wait at all

I’m annoyed with this winch. It seemed fine the first couple of times I used it, but then it started slowing down a lot and making way more noise than it should whenever there was any real load on it.

Then last weekend, of course, it completely quit halfway through what should’ve been a simple pull. I checked the wiring, checked the battery, messed with everything I could think of, and it still wouldn’t work right. For what this thing costs, I expected a lot better. Definitely not buying from here again.

I bought this from kfiproducts.com, the install ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected. The instructions were so basic that I kept thinking, “That’s it?!” They skipped over details I actually needed, so I had to guess my way through a few parts.

What should’ve been a quick job took up most of my afternoon. Maybe it works fine once it’s on, but getting there was frustrating enough that I definitely wouldn’t want to deal with installing it again.

I feel like I paid way too much for what this is. The quality is just okay, nothing special, and the price doesn’t really add up. Not terrible, but definitely not worth the money, IMO

Opened the box and realized some of the bolts were missing, so I had to go buy extras just to finish putting it together. Frustrating, and whoever runs this needs to do a better job checking what’s actually included before shipping it out.

I had mixed feelings about this. It seemed fine when I first got it and I was hoping it would hold up, but it ended up breaking way too soon. Kind of disappointing because I wanted to like it

Most of the parts fit my machine well, but one bracket was a little Off and I had to mess with it for a while to get it sorted. Not a huge deal or anything, just Expected the fitment to be a bit better.

I had to wait way too long to hear back from customer service , and the replies were slow .

I’ve been trying to use this plow, but the blade keeps digging in instead of holding up like it’s supposed to. I’m not totally sure, but it kind of feels like something in the setup or the angle might be off from the factory. Either way, it’s been frustrating to deal with
